    • Provided licensed door supervision across a range of venues including Epsom Racecourse and Guildford town centre events.
    • Served as Lead Door Supervisor for the Guildford Parade, coordinating the full security team and ensuring the event concluded without incident or any staffing issues.
    • Successfully de-escalated a serious incident in which an intoxicated individual produced a hammer — resolved without injury to any party, demonstrating composure and sound judgement under extreme pressure.
    • Conducted thorough searches, controlled entry and exit, and completed detailed incident reports, liaising with police and management as required.
